Cardio Kickboxing
A kick-start for your heart with punching bags or focus mitts.
Circuit Cardio/Core Conditioning
High intensity circuit training combining cardio kickboxing, agility ladder, jump rope, steps, stability ball, resistance bands, weighted balls and free weights.
Core Training
Total body training with focus on all core muscles using stability ball, resistance bands, weighted balls and free weights.
Pilates/Core Training
Traditional Pilates sculpting and core exercises integrating use of weighted balls, resistance bands and free weights.
Power Yoga
Improve your core strength, flexibility, balance and overall well-being with traditional Yoga poses with a power edge.
Boot Camp/Strength
