Jill Lepisto is a NETA certified personal trainer with a
background in dance and personal fitness. She has over 20 years
experience in dance, competing in numerous dance competitions.
Additionally, she is an experienced dance choreographer and instructor
for both children and adults. She has also completed the North Shore
Inline Marathon and Grandma's Half Marathon. Her love for dance and
fitness has naturally led her to instructing in the physical fitness
realm. She has several years experience teaching Cardio-Kickboxing
and Cardio Salsa. Her goal to help people have fun while sweating is
accomplished in each of her challenging classes.
Classes: Cardio-Kickboxing, Core-Training and Pilates and
Cardio-Core Boot Camp leader.
Julie Soukup is a NETA certified personal trainer who has
"always" been involved in sports and athletics. Her love of sports
has allowed her to enjoy a wide variety of athletic endeavors. She
has completed Grandma's Half-Marathon, numerous 5K and 10K races, and
in September 2007, she will complete her fifth North Shore Inline
Marathon. In college she played basketball and volleyball and was a
competitive high jumper. One of her life's ambitions was to become a
personal trainer and to help others enjoy the benefits of being
healthy and physically fit. She has several years experience teaching
Cardio-Kickboxing and fitness coaching, and for the past year has
enjoyed developing her own brand of core-training which includes a
huge cardio component and is guaranteed to make you sweat!
Classes: Core-Training and Cardio-Core Circuit Training and
Cardio-Core Boot Camp leader.
