The Fitness Edge of Minnesota, LLC,
opened its doors in the spring of 2006 with the goal of helping people
embrace a healthier and more physically fit lifestyle. We've been
doing that ever since.
The Fitness Edge classes focus on core-training to improve
balance, stability, core strength, with the added benefit of
cardiovascular fitness through interval work. Each hour-long
core-training class includes the use of body weight exercises, free
weights, stability balls, weighted balls and/or resistance bands.
These provide total body sculpting and strengthening. Whether it's
Core-Training, Cardio-Kickboxing, Circuit-Training, Pilates or Yoga,
our workouts are challenging, varied, interesting and never boring.
